§ 2 Intellectual Property Rights

You retain full ownership of all creative works you generate using our Services, including artwork, music, poetry, and other content ("User Content"). This means:

  • You own all rights to your created works

  • You maintain control over how your work is shared and distributed

2.2 Platform Rights

2.3 Usage Rights by Membership Level

  • Premium Members: Includes commercial usage rights
  • Enterprise Members: Extended commercial rights with additional protections

§ 3 Data Storage and Security

We handle your data with the utmost care:

  • Created content is stored for 90 days by default
  • Premium members can extend storage duration
  • You can request content deletion at any time
  • We implement industry-standard security measures

§ 4 Account Security

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Ensuring your account information is accurate and up-to-date

§ 5 Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Create or promote harmful, discriminatory, or illegal content
  • Violate intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to circumvent our security measures
  • Use our Services for unauthorized automated access
  • Share or sell your account access

§ 6 API Usage

For business customers using our API:

  • API access requires specific credentials

  • We provide 4 weeks notice for API changes
  • Deprecated versions may be terminated with notice

§ 7 Subscription and Payments

  • Accuracy of AI-generated content
  • Compatibility with all devices or systems

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
